BESS Integration
Battery storage for peak shaving, backup power, and energy market participation.
Our Approach to Data Center Electrical Infrastructure
For smaller edge facilities (1 to 2.5 MW), we typically install prefab concrete transformer enclosures on-site. For larger deployments (3 to 10 MW+), we build inboard transformer rooms and switchgear installations inside the facility's technical space, keeping heavy 400V connections as short as possible to reduce copper losses and cost.
We coordinate with grid operators, OEMs, and other contractors on-site to deliver on schedule.
Why Reeload?
- Full electrical scope from grid connection to rack power
- Medium-voltage switchgear and transformer installation
- Prefab and inboard solutions depending on facility scale
- BESS integration on the 400V main bus for peak shaving and backup
- Maintenance services to keep systems running after handover
FAQ
We handle the entire AC power chain. That covers everything from the medium-voltage grid connection through transformers and switchgear, all the way to low-voltage distribution at rack level. Whether the project calls for prefab enclosures or inboard transformer rooms, we take responsibility for the full electrical installation.
We work across the range. Smaller edge facilities in the 1 to 2.5 MW class are typically served with prefab concrete cabines. From 3 MW up, we install inboard transformer rooms with parallel transformer setups and busbar distribution. Our team and execution model scale with the project.
Yes. We install BESS systems directly on the facility’s 400V main distribution bus. This enables peak shaving to lower grid costs, adds another layer of backup alongside UPS and generators, and can be used to participate in the energy market for additional revenue. We handle the full integration from design to grid connection.
Redundancy is built into every layer. We install dual-feed configurations, automatic transfer switches, and parallel transformer setups that meet Tier III and Tier IV requirements. Every system is fully tested and commissioned before handover, including failover sequence verification.
Yes. We offer maintenance contracts covering the full electrical installation, from medium-voltage switchgear to distribution boards. That includes preventive maintenance, thermal inspections, and support when something needs attention.
