The Role

As a Project Engineer High-Voltage at Reeload, you’ll be responsible for the technical coordination and design of high-voltage and charging infrastructure projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure every project is prepared with care and delivered to spec.

You’re someone who understands how technical design translates into physical reality. You value accuracy, know how to communicate clearly with installers and partners, and are not afraid to take initiative when timelines are tight.

This role is essential to building the backbone of tomorrow’s energy infrastructure, and we’re looking for people who take that seriously.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate project scopes into technical drawings and installation plans
• Coordinate technical input between clients, grid operators, and contractors
• Support tender processes with detailed documentation and feasibility checks
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across all technical deliverables
• Visit project sites when needed to validate plans and assist execution

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering
• Understanding of high-voltage systems and electrical infrastructure
• Able to read, create, and review technical schematics and installation plans
• Experience with installation or commissioning is a strong plus
• Comfortable working with both technical teams and external stakeholders
• Structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on when needed
• Fluent in Dutch. English is a bonus
