Project Leader

Your role

• Manage industrial electrification projects from A to Z: for factories, e-bus and e-truck depots, and large energy clients.
• Prepare detailed project plans (timeline, budget, resources) and monitor their execution.
• Coordinate all project phases and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and guarantee resource availability.
• Oversee engineering, site kickoff, weekly inspections, commissioning, and as-built documentation.
• Solve technical and logistical challenges proactively.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance on all sites.
• Supervise Site Supervisors and subcontractors.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, and with satisfied clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electromechanical) or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in industrial electrotechnics.
• Technical knowledge of high-voltage, renewable energy, EV charging, or battery storage.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on, solution-driven, and client-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license B.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Willing to work two days a week at the Bornem office, regularly visit project sites, and work partly remote.
