Your role
- Install electrical systems on industrial and corporate sites: medium- and high-voltage systems, fast chargers, charging infrastructure, and battery storage for commercial and industrial projects.
- Pull and connect cables, install switches, and perform system tests.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues on-site.
- Work closely with subcontractors and project managers.
- Grow toward a Site Supervisor or Site Coordinator position.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in (industrial) electrotechnics or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of low-voltage (400A+); hands-on experience in industrial electrotechnics and connecting heavy sections (150–240 mm²) is a must.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience on industrial sites and understanding of safety regulations.
- Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic IT literacy and ability to work with digital tools.
- Valid driver’s license B and willingness to work on sites across Belgium (you’ll usually start directly from home).
